HOW DO I RESERVE A PARTY BUS IN WICHITA?
To reserve your party bus, a $100 debit or credit card down payment is required. This deposit is applied toward your total balance. The remaining balance can be paid on the night of your event.
IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE BUS?
Smoking is not permitted on any Party Express Bus Wichita vehicles. However, the bus can make frequent stops throughout the night, allowing smokers to step outside as needed.
ARE ALCOHOL, DRINKS, AND FOOD PERMITTED ON THE BUS?
Alcohol is permitted only if all passengers are 21 or older and have a valid photo ID. The driver will check IDs.
If your group includes minors, they must be transported before any alcohol is brought onto the bus. If alcohol is discovered with minors present or involved, the trip will be terminated immediately. Party Express Bus Wichita has a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking and reserves the right to notify parents and/or authorities.
Food is allowed on the bus. However, excessive mess may result in a $50 cleaning fee. Cups with lids are strongly recommended.

No. Party Express Bus Wichita does not provide alcohol under any circumstances.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PARTY BUS RESERVATION?
Cancellation Policy:
All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the client will be held responsible for the full contracted amount if the reservation cannot be rebooked.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full reservation amount.
By placing a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
IS MUSIC PROVIDED OR CAN I BRING MY OWN?
Every Party Express Bus Wichita vehicle is equipped with a high-powered premium sound system. You are encouraged to bring your own music using Bluetooth-compatible devices such as phones or iPods. An auxiliary cord is also available if needed.
